A one-day course on using AI safely and legally in your business
In the morning, we explain the rules on staff using AI, in plain English. In the afternoon, you write your own AI policies and risk assessment, with our help.
Why this matters to your business
Many staff now use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot, often without telling anyone.
If someone pastes a client’s file into one of these tools to get a quick summary, that information has left your business. Your business is responsible for it, not the AI company and not the member of staff.
We believe every business that uses AI should be able to show it is using it safely. This course explains the rules and helps you write the documents to prove it. You leave with your AI policies written, not just a set of notes.
What the law says
We explain the rules in plain English. We cover what your regulator expects, and what to do if client information has already gone into an AI tool.
Building your AI governance toolkit
You build your toolkit for your own business, with us in the room to help.
